10 Minute bodyweight workout

Saying that you don’t have the time or the money to go to a gym is just an easy and common excuse!

It’s so easy to get creative and do a quick, yet effective workout literally anywhere.

Your living room, your garden, your office.

You name it.

You can do some really good bodyweight workouts without needing any equipment whatsoever and in a minimal amount of time.

I found this bodyweight workout recently online and it is a killer!

Note the title on the video says you should do this one before bed, but I know most people don’t feel right doing a workout right before sleep.

So feel free to give this workout a try at ANY time of the day.

All you require is some flat floor space and a yoga mat. A towel will work too!

This workout focuses a lot on building core strength, but also works parts of your upper and lower body.
