There are many ways in which we can use health juices to improve our health and to lose weight.
For one, there are the weight loss juice diets which are quite common. This is where one only consumes juices for a set number of days. It works, but it’s not easy and not that effective long term.
An easier option is to use a healthy juice to replace a meal, preferably breakfast. This is the easiest meal to replace with a healthy juice.
Below are three of the best and easiest juices to make for breakfast, with awesome nutritional value!
What you will need:
- A juicer, where you can just add your fruits and vegetables and it turns it into a juice
- The correct ingredients. Make a list and buy all the fruits and vegetables you need for a week in advance
The steps to making a juice:
- Purchase all ingredients beforehand
- Rinse in water and allow few minutes to dry
- Cut the fruits and vegetables in smaller chunks. 1-2 Inches in size is perfect
- Remove peels if needed
- Add all ingredients gradually into your juicer
- Enjoy!
Juice #1 Apple, Carrot & Ginger
My favourite juice, and one of the easiest ones out there!
These three ingredients go really well together, with many nutrients and vitamins found in all of them. The ginger kick helps a lot with those winter flu’s, colds or soar throats.
Ingredients:
- 2 Large apples
- 2 or 3 Large carrots
- 2 Small ginger cubes, you can keep the skin on if you prefer
Serve over ice for extra freshness!
Juice #2 Green Goodness Juice
Some people are not fans of the thought of adding certain greens such as avocado to a juice. But this one really is a good and healthy juice option.
Greens provide us with so much nutritional value, such as vitamins and minerals.
Ingredients:
- 2 Large green apples
- 2 Small ginger cubes, you can keep the skin on if you prefer
- 2 Stalks of celery, take leaves off
- Half a cucumber
- 5 Kale leaves
- Half an avocado, peeled
- Half a lemon, peeled
Serve over ice for extra freshness!
Juice #3 Blood Red Juice
So this is one is another great breakfast juice, with beets being the dominating colour queen here.
Ingredients:
- 2 Large apples
- 2 Large carrots
- 2 small ginger cubes, you can keep the skin on if you prefer
- 2 Whole beets
Serve over ice for extra freshness!
