Free Life & Workout Planner (Printable & Digital)

Today I have something really cool you need to have. It’s my FREE life & workout planner that I use every single day to make sure I achieve my daily goals!

FREE Weekly Workout Planner

I consider myself to be a pretty organized person.

And one of the ways I love staying organized is to always write down what I want to get done in the next few days.

I always have a notepad right at my desk next to my laptop, and every Sunday night I’ll make a list of what I want to get done in the week ahead.

And on top of that, every night before bed I write down my plans for the following day.

This helps to keep me motivated, focussed and I actually then get stuff done!

Now most of us have a million things we always need to be on top of.

Chores, cooking, cleaning, working. Then we somehow also need to make time for fitness, self-care and health.

Seems so much, and often we just cannot keep up!

Well today I am sharing with you two simple printables I have been using the past month that have really helped me.

The two printables I am sharing with you focus on two parts of life that we really should all prioritize: Fitness & Personal Growth!

Weekly Workout Planner

For me, the best way to make sure that I get all of my workouts done throughout the week is to physically write down what want to do, and tick the workouts off one by one once I complete them.

So the first printable you’ll get is my weekly workout planner.

It’s really basic, but actually works!

It’s a PDF printable and it can also be edited digitally, so you don’t have to print it out if you don’t want to.

Print out this workout planner, keep it at your desk, and make sure every Sunday night before you get your hectic week started you write out EXACTLY what you want to accomplish fitness-wise!

Weekly Life Planner

The second planner I love using everyday is my personal life planner.

Now you can decide what exactly to add here, but I’ll share with you some the ways I use it.

These things are more to do with personal growth, which should be an important part in all of our lives.

Weekly Life Planner

I will write down things I need to remember to work on, such as:

  • Controlling my emotions & taking a few deep breaths before saying something
  • Reminding myself to take 15 minutes a day to myself. No laptop, no mobile phone, no distractions
  • Try and say something nice to someone you meet in your day. It could be ANYTHING. It really makes you feel good
  • Stop worrying about stuff I can’t control. Focus on what I can

It’s a really helpful tool that helps me, so I hope it does the same for you!
