Today I have a really brilliant HIIT bodyweight workout for beginners that you can do at home.
I love finding new variations of bodyweight workouts, as I try and almost never go to a gym!
Being able to workout from home or literally anywhere has so many benefits. You don’t need to pay for a gym membership, you can travel and stay fit all the time, and being outside in the fresh air beats any indoor gym!

Before You Start
High intensity workouts such as the one I will be sharing with you shortly require a bit of a warm up.
It’s not the best idea to simply jump into these sort of workouts being ice cold. You need to warm up beforehand!
HIIT Bodyweight Workout
The workout below is a really good introduction for beginners wanting to do HIIT workouts at home. It’s brought to you by by Joe Wicks, The Body Coach.
Check out his channel on Youtube!
This workout only incorporates 4 exercises: High knees, burpees, power squats and mountain climbers.
It’s split into 4 rounds with 30 seconds work and 30 seconds rest.
The above workout takes only 20 minutes in total.
No matter how busy you are, I am sure you can find the time to do this workout a few times a week!
Cheers,
